DAY 1 : ARRIVAL IN MANALI
Arrival From Delhi/Chandigarh by Bus/Flight(Own cost) and check inn at hotel in Manali for dinner and overnight. (No transportation)
DAY 2 : MANALI – JESPA/ SERCHU (222 KMS)
Early morning drive to Serchu/Jispa, driving across Rohtang Pass (13050 ft) and passing through Keylong, Jispa and Darcha and then cross the Baralacha Pass (16020 ft) to arrive at Serchu in the late afternoon. Overnight in fixed camp at Serchu for dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 03 : SERCHU/ JESPA – LEH (255 KMS)
After early breakfast leave for Leh en-route crossing Nakeela and Lachalung-la Pass (16,617 ft.). Break for lunch at Pang and then drive on towards Leh passing through Skyangchu Thang (a vast plateau stretching for 42 kms) and then crossing Taglang-La (17,585ft) and driving through the upper Indus Valley. Reach Leh by evening. Arrive hotel in Leh for dinner and overnight .
DAY 04 : LEH INDUS VALLEY SIGHTSEEING 90 KMS ROUND TRIPS
After Breakfast proceed for the Indus Valley Monastery tour including Shey, The ancient capital of Ladakh, Thiksay an impressive complex rising upon tier on the hill above the village and drive back to same route , evening can visit shanti stupa, leh palace and leh local market. Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 05 : LEH – NUBRA VALLEY (128 KMS/ 4-5 HRS)
Morning Drive to Nubra valley over the Khardung la,(188300feet) highest motor able road in the World. The view from top of the passes is amazing and also enjoy double hump bacterian camp safari Over night at Deluxe Camp..
DAY 06 : NUBRA VALLEY – LEH
After breakfast to proceed visit giant feature Buddha over the Disket Monastery and drive back to Leh same route, crossing Khardungla la pass. Over night at Leh.
DAY 07 : LEH – PANGONG LAKE (150 KMS)
Early departure for Pangong Lake (approx. 145 kms, located on the Indo China Border), via Chang-la pass (alt: 17370 ft). After full day of sightseeing around the Lake check-in at fixed tented camp near the lake at Spangmik and dinner at fixed camp overnight stay in camp.
DAY 08 : PANGONG LAKE – LEH
During early morning, you can enjoy a photo-session around the lake. Post breakfast, drive back to Leh. An optional tour of Hemis Monastery (5 kilometer from Kharu) is also on the cards. Hemis is the largest and richest monastery complex in Ladakh. Drive back to Leh by noon. In the afternoon, enjoy a shopping tour in the local markets of Leh. Stay overnight at the hotel.
DAY 09 : LEH – KARGIL (220 KMS)
After breakfast you drive down stream along the River Indus on Leh Kargil Highway on the way can visit M.hill , Sangam Pather Sahib and drive over Fatu-la [13,489 ft] which is the highest pass on Srinagar Leh road. Upon arrival in Kargil we check in at our camp for dinner an overnight stay.
DAY 10 : KARGIL – SONAMARG – SRINAGAR (205 KMS)
Early departure for Srinagar driving through Drass (famous as the second coldest inhabited place in the world), on the way can visit Tiger hill , Kargil war memorial and crossing the Zoji-la Pass (11,500-ft. / 3,505 m) to reach Sonamarg from where it’s a smooth 2-hour drive to Srinagar through the beautiful Kashmir countryside. Arrive hotel in Srinagar for dinner and overnight .
DAY 11 : SRINAGAR AIRPORT DEPARTURE
Departure to Srinagar airport according to your flight schedule.
